2024 - 2025 Academic Year Fall Semester Make-up Exams (except for the annual courses of the Faculties of Medicine, Dentistry and Law); As stated in the academic calendar, it will be held between January 25 and February 02, 2025, and grades will be announced until February 05, 2025.
 
In this context
1- Make-up exams can be taken from all failed courses.
2- a. Make-up Exams; unsuccessful (DD, FD, FF) and depending on the average (semester grade point average below 2.00) can be taken for failed (DC) courses.
   b. Depending on the average (semester grade point average above 2.00), if desired, make-up exams can be taken for the courses that are successful (DC) in order to raise the grade. If the exam is taken, the last grade taken will be considered valid.
3- Make-up Exams; Students who have taken the courses opened and registered in the 2024-25 Fall semester and who are entitled to take the final exam, students who have taken the final exam but received the grades specified in Article 2 and students who have the right to take the final exam but have not taken the exam will be able to apply.
4- Students will not be given the right to take the make-up exam for courses that are failed due to absenteeism, do not belong to the Fall 2024-25 semester and are not registered in the Fall 2024-25 semester. For whatever reason, even if they have taken the exam, the Make-up Exam grade of these students will be invalid.
5- The grade obtained in the Make-up Exam will be valid instead of the final grade.
6- There will be no change in the academic averages of students who have the right to take the make-up exam but do not take the exam.
 
The dates and times of the make-up exams will be learned from the academic units (Academic units can be reached at https://erdogan.edu.tr/Website/Default.aspx). Due to the fact that the make-up exams are held immediately after the final exams and the time limitation between the make-up exam dates specified in the academic calendar, we remind our students that the courses to be used for the make-up exam should be determined well, and the decisions regarding taking or not taking the exam should take into account the above-mentioned issues, and we wish them success.
